Shutdown iphone(i delete a file for GPRS)

Hello,



please help me..i have a china i phone slide.i delete a file for GPRS inside then it start shutdown.and i cannot go through in the menu.its always blinking.could you help me to resolve the problem..tnx in advance

Please have the phone restored to factory settings in order to get the problem fixed.
