100% there is avirous so it creat this type of a problem. you should formate alldrive and install operating system . there is not any net work control driver extra we can use . we can get it on o.s. i have face this problem many times thanks.

Just click on the below link and download the drivers.

Under "Network" section --> download all the drivers and install it.
