Working in IE but in Mozila FireFox

Hello,

I am working as Software Engineer, As part of my job like i had to place some Ads in Cisco.com ,Where i can place Ads by browsing IE explorer, but by using Mozila Firefox i was trying to place ads and "save " it's coming "Error occured while processing this request".Can u pls suggest why i was not able to browse Mozila firefox where it is possible in IE Explorer.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Maybe lack of some plugins just try to see the difference in plugins between ie and mozilla
