My son is trying desperately to play "the last airbender" at this site called candymania.com. Each time we try to download this game, we get an error message which reads "this shockwave movie has errors that have caused playback problems." It's driving us to tears. It's played once--but not again. I have the latest version of shockwave (11.5) installed and the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. Please help. Best buy folks said it's because of dial-up. That can't be the case because it's played before. Active X is installed and enabled. Thank you.
