Sims 3 shuts off on it own

My game is shutting off on its own and i dont know why..I'll only be playing for like 20 or 30 minutes and then it just shuts off and brings me to my desktop. PLEASE HELP!

How much Ram do you have in your system ?

What is your video card ? (That is most likely the problem)

I have 3.50 GB of RAM and i have NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT

You seem to have that is necessary to play the game.

I suggest that you check for the latest driver updates for your video card. Also it would be a excellent idea to remove the card and to clean it as well as the inside of your computer with compressed air.
