Laptop Does boots into a black screen :(

Hello,

i accidentally shut off my laptop in the middle of a update and now it turns on but only goes to a black screen.

1) the safe mode doesnt work because it leads me to the same thing
2)Unplugging it and holding the power button doesnt work
3) its a toshiba -.-

Hi there,

Let the laptop be without battery for few minuted then insert battery and attach adapter to it and power on,if this does not solve the issue then boot from installation cd and make a system repair.

whut installation cd x.x, and i mean like when i turn it on, the mouse works but theres just a blank screen of nothingness
