Need vbcode to compare excel sheet and access

Hello,
I have one excel sheet, data of material receipts which is maintained by warehouse, ID is purchase order Number which is unique, and another is Access table, where it is maintained by purchase department, monthly once i need to update my access table with material recept date against each purchase order. purchase order number is the same for excel sheet as well as my access database. checking excel sheet with the help of purchase order number and get the material receipt date and update in my access database. kindly help me with code..
