Hello,

I have a dv6500 hp pavillion, I lost sound I have tried downloading device driver. Even after I update device driver.When I configure the speakers it says I have sound and it is working properly but still no sound,however when I use head phones there ids sound, Can someone please help?

Dear Sir,

You might have installed the wrong sound driver. Please consider using the Driver Detective in order to get the right compatible driver that should be installed.
