hotmail closed my a/cClosed

Question

Hello, 
Hotmail emailed me to see if I wanted to keep my a/c with them, I replied back and answered there questions they sent out  and I presumed all was well until I discovered I couldn't open my a/c and now its deleted all together. Help I have lot of info I need to get off it..


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Contact hotmail you may have to open a second account to do this

thank you, but tried to set up new email address with hotmail but they wont allow it.  When my name shows up they say cant e done, tried other different names and no good.

Hi Charlie
Cant understand why you cant sign up for a new account. Can you sign up with another email site like Yahoo if that is possible the problem is with Hotmail.

Other than that I cant think of what else to suggest.

I suggest another possibility.

If the account was not accessed for a certain time, it may have been deleted.
