LANand sound card not enabled in red hat5

Hello,
i have installed red hat 5 (linux) in my dell Inspron1525, notebook but sound card and LAN card is is not getting detected in it. even i have windows, in windows both are working properly.............

when i tried to configure it, i am getting message:-
Command failed: /sbin/modprobe eepro100 irq 0
output:
FATAL: module eepro100 not found
kindly send me the solution for it................

hello,

have you checked the compatibility of the driver with red hat linux?
