Sims 3 disc not installing

Hello,



i have the disc of sims 3 but when i try to install it this message appears
((this product requires an installed copy of sims 3))
so i dont know what to do can any one tell me please

Hi there,

Please provide your system specs,also are all drivers installed?direct x etc..please give more information.
