Hello,can not open quick book files said it is not win 32 compatiable. How can i view these they are on a removable drive

Could you please said to me how can I remove this error, before i got this error for two wwks a go I had problem with my internet explore. when I open the window it has been got lock, I remove it and again install it but I had this problem.
I have put windows xp in the other manner and I tried to re configure the internet explore but it doesn't affect, I don't now what should i do instead of install new windows?
