Connection problem

Hello,
Cannot connect to the internet only to https sites thru wireless network. Use the repair option for the wireless card, problem still persisits. I have bee assigned an ip address each time. Tried to change some of the browser settings such tls and others to no avail. Any solution would be appreciated
