My Book Essential 2.0

Hello,
I bought WD My Book Essential 2.0 for my backup on Windows XP. It came as FAT32. I followed instructions to format the drive to NTFS. Problem is the manual says to go to downloads and download My Book utilites after doing this. It does not tell you what to download. There's about 6 different choices and I can't seem to get an answer from WD. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Anyone have this version and can you help me.

How can I find the my book in mycomputer so I can manage what is on it, like how do I delete things from it? This thing is harder to use for me than the G-Drive on my mac which is retarded easy to use. Please help if possible.
