Nokia "Ovi" store not work.

my nokia5130 xpressmusic phone pre-installed ovi store apps not work. when i try to open it this error came " Conflicting application show item" then i press "yes" button phone automatically Restart. why is that? i deleted all the apps that i installed in my phone.

now my phone only has pre installed apps they can't delete

Hi there,

Did you install ovi on your system?or you tried accessing the ovi setup directly n your phone?Please give more information.

i didn't installed " Ovi store" in my phone. I brought brand new phone, when i brought it, that ovi store already installed in my phone. "Ovi store" is pre-installed application. it's installed in Factory.
