Dear Kumar,
There should be an error occurring on it and you will definitely have to get the phone restored to factory settings to get the problem fixed. Yet it could also that the battery on it is loose. Please confirm this issue by replacing the battery with a convenient one if ever the problem does not get fixed when you restore the mobile phone.
