Explorer.exe - Fatal Application Exit

Hello,

I am no longer able to burn CD's or DVD's using my Windows Media Player. When I click on "Burn to Disc" a popup window states explorer.exe - Fatal Application Exit, of course it has this inside the box "The specified module could not be found. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Version Cue CS4\Client\4.0.1\VersionCue.DLL"
I've tried everything I can so was hoping someone has a similar experience with a solution. Is there anything I can do on my own with spending hundreds to get it fixed? Greatly appreciate any help.

Hello Wolfy,

This is a strange situation for Win Media Player has nothing to do with Adobe and where it says CS4 is the Photoshop creative suite.

Do you have Photoshop?

I suggest that your system has been virused.

Please do a system restore to a date back before the problem occured.

P.S. Is your photoshop license registered?
