Files not found ??????? :-((((Closed

PLZ help ..
don't know whats happened but when i try & go on any applications they're not found, even my email comes up with " choose the program you want to use to open this file : I do everything run the programme then it goes back to the beggining... how do i go to a previous date when my computer worked (i've done it b4 but can't remember how to get there)

Dear Sir, 

Please check whether your office application are working correctly first. It might be that there are some missing system files and therefore you will have to get them reinstalled properly.
