Hi

Please do not give out any CredirCard detail.

Microsoft do not ask for CC unless they require and for sure if they require to verify account, then true Microsoft representative would create a case and will request to ask one of your parent to complete the call at suitable time.

Any legit company ask for any sort of credit card information make sure you see the yellow lock at the right side of task bar.

If you have any query then do not hesitate to contact back.

Thanks

Jo

Dear Mehar

Have you come here to ask for help or pulling people's leg?

People who gives you there expert advise are spering time from there busy schedule and you are tired of our sugestion then please stop asking us for your help.

If you had asked for same help to a paid trobleshooter he would have charged you for $35 for each reply.

Please do not take disadvantage of peoples humbleness.

Too bad if you do not wish to change the password.

Take care

Hi Mehar

Thanks for clarifying your thoughts...

After looking in to the string you sent me it appear to me that this account has a child lock which means it has been controlled by your guardian or parents.

There for me being a professional person I refuse to help you any further, I abide the law respectfully and for same reason the wishes of your freedom protector too.

And I would appriceate all professionals to NOT TO HELP MEHAR DUE TO THE ACCOUND HAS CHILD LOCK.

Sorry mehar, nothing personal.

Thanks
Jo
