Hello all,
I believe this is what caused my problem. I recently installed Burrotech Office Mail, a stand-alone email server, on my USB drive to do server page testing with Uniform Server. My workplace has Office 2007 and Exchange Server. The Office mail server is set to be a local mail server which interfered with the Outlook 2007 settings. I cannot get Outlook to connect to the exchange server now. I've already uninstalled Burrotech Office Mail and reinstalled Office 2007. Still nothing happens. Anybody have a clue? Also, Burrotech site wasn't up today and I didn't find anything else through Google searches that helped.

Thanks for all help and info

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.3

No one replied to this post anyway, but my problem was solved. There was a trojan on a few pcs here at work and it was changing my dns server without my knowledge. This basically F'd everything up. Good now.
