Key board problem

Hello,
I have key board problem with cr353 to type @ if I use shift and type 2 then I am getting " and if I need to type @ then ineed to type using shift ".
I bought this lap top three days back
Please let me know what I should do.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

Sounds like you have a keyboard driver selected/loaded that does not match the keyboard in your laptop. Did you change the language setting? you go to START - CONTROL PANEL - CHANGE KEYBOARD to make this change.

had same problem - hit function and numlock keys at same time. good luck worked for me
