Windows won't start

Hello,

I tried turning my PC on and it came up with the options regarding 'starting windows normally' or 'starting in safe mode'. Problem is, I can't scroll between options or select an option.

Now before anyone suggests it's a keyboard fault, I know it can't be as I can enter BIOS setup by pressing DEL and I can select options on there but not on the page where it says the system was interrupted due to a failure

Anyone have any suggestions a) what the problem might be (I'm guessing Hard drive related?) or b) how to skip that menu and go straight to normal log in

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
