Import of contacts...Failed!

I had recently purchased Micromax q5
I tried to copy and paste outlook contacts from PC to Phone using its phone suite as per method described in this forum
But Unfortunately it displays error messgae- Unable to write contacts in phone :-(

So wil anyone pl help me how to import contacts?

I am having almost the same issue. I was using Sony Ericsson k750. I import all contacts by using myphoneexploere in csv format. now i am trying ti import those all contacts in my Q5 but i am unable to understand why its not happining.
Any one can answer?
