Hello, when i get on any of the computers at my home then when the computer is trying to load a big page then it freezes for minutes. And then after it's done it won't do it again unless i restart my computer. We have dial up internet with intergate
I also have another problem, every time i start up my computer there is a process that takes up 50% of the cpu and it is called tcpsvcs anything that might fix this
