Cannot watch online video clips

My pc crash , so i did the pc recovery program. And reinstall my Norton Internet Security 2010. Now I cant cant watch any online video,. I download Adobe flash thinking thta would help , nothing! have any answers?

if your using ie8 as your web browser then just reset the web settings
control panel>internet options>advanced tab click reset
