Here in France I need to pay 80 Euros for the technician just to take a look on my PowerBook Titanium. It is actually as much as my Powerbook costs today =( So... if there any solution apart of visit to the technician I'll would love to try it

Is there any way to make it reboot without restarting the OS?

Command+Option+Power is the standard button combination for restart. But it will only work if your comp is actually alive. It will not work in a situation described in this thred. Sorry for my weird english =))
