How to increase internt surfing speed on pc

hi, i have a idea internet connection on mobile whenever i use it on pc as a modem data surfing speed is too slow . pl help me .

Dear Sir,

There is no way that you will be able to get the speed faster because it entirely depends on the proxy that has been available to you by the network provider. Therefore, you will have to see in the matter from the network provider.
