Problem with my system

Hello,
I ahve a problem with my desktop.when i switch on my system red light blinks in the hard disk and cd drive goes no signal in the keyboard or in on the monitor.When i press cd drive again red light blinks in the hard disk and goes.If i remove RAM not getting beep sound.Light in the motherboard is working and even the fan..

can you please let me know what is the problem????????

Most likely you have a hardware problem with the Motherboard or power supply. It's time to take it to a repair shop.
