I would like to creat my own forum but, i don't know how to go on about it.
1.Would i need my own website?
2.What do i need to do first?
3.If i don't need my own webiste?

You will of course need to have your own website or still you can get in affiliate with some other forum. Otherwise you should buy a domain name according to your choice and then contact some web designers for creating your website.
