How to boot from USB Flash Drive

Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and wanted to boot from a USB flash drive since my CD drive is not working. Any suggestion please.

change in advenced stup in BIOS. press Button suppr in the start your laptop end change your config to first start a USB
