Support motherboard ati 4870 crossfire

Hey there,
Can anyone help me in this issue please? ASUS P5Q Pro ATX LGA775 P45 DDR2 2PCI-E16 CrossFire 3PCI-E1 2PCI SATA2 Sound GBLAN eSATA Motherboard does support ati 4870 crossfire yes or no? in one review I have seen that it does not support 16-16 crossfire am I getting confused in some way?

Hello,
This motherboard has two pci express port one supports 16x and the other supports 8x and for the crossfire it will support the 8x and so yes it will support but not in the 16x slot but rather in the 8x port.
