Even recovery cd cannot fix missing ntldr

Hello,
I have been trying to fix my acer travelmate 3210 Windows XP HE, NTLDR missing, i remember why this happen because i have installed windows 7 ultimate in d partition and set d as active, is there any way to acces the partition and change it back to it before? how to get command prompt when ntldr missing appear on screen?

Hi there,

Boot from windows installation cd and choose repair instead of formatting,let the process continue and reboot system normally.
