Messages deleted even from Trash

Hello,

I have deleted e-mails even from the Trash and now I learnt that if deleted from Trash, it's not recoverable? Is it true? Can you please help me?
I'm in a soup.

Dear Sir,

When you delete your mails, it will be deleted and saved in the trash box. This allows you to retrieve the mails from the trash box. However if the deleted items are deleted in the trash box, you will not have the possibility to get them back.
