IE want open my Yahoo email accountClosed

Hello,
My IE will take me to Yahoo.com but will not let me sign in and open up, says: "IE will not open up this program"

any suggestions?  I also have Mozilla installed but this problem was happening before Mozilla,  one PC Tech said because I had Google Toolbar and Embarque Toolbar trying to run at one time that that would stop me form using IE, so I removed the Google Toolbar - till nothing, installed a Registery program found many errors, fixed them but still nothing;  If I use Mozilla, I can go to Yahoo and sign in and read my mail but not with IE - HELP

Dear FloridaGirl,

Please check whether the problem isn't coming from the fact that you don't have Flash Player or still if you have some software blocking access to the sign in page.
