Hello,

I have this problem, which is, i can run audio cd, but not those software cd(games,program) or dvd(games,movie) or vcd. so, should i oso go to the website given up there ? please help me a.s.a.p

Configuration: Windows XP

Can someone please help me with this problem and tell me how to fix it? it seems itunes and my dvd ram conflict with one another...i have disabled itunes but now i get an error code 10 when trying to access my dvd ram. i do not know the process of getting to the upper and lower filters
