Hello,

first of all you need to do a back up with outlook you have. can you tell me if the email server you have keeps all the emails on the server itself or it keeps the mail on your outlook? if it keeps then all you have to do is to setup your mail there on the new outlook which you will be using. but as i have told you previously you must first back up your other mail(export) and then import them on the new outlook
