Connecting nokia 7210 to HP Dv4 having Win-7

Hello,

I am having a HP dv4 laptop with Win-7 as OS, i am trying to connect my Nokia 7210 Supernova mobile phone to my laptop, there is PC Suite, but even after installing this PC Suit i can not connect my phone to internet,

I did connect my Mobile using Win XP but the same thing's are not possible with Win-7 so can u please tell me the settings for connectivity to internet via mobile,

My serial cable CA-42 as per the display of PC Suit

Just help me out by telling how to set it with my laptop
