Volume trouble Help

My sound is working it says its fine but it makes no noise i tryed restarting my laptop it just started doing that after i downloaded Sound Capture 7.0 i have windows vista basic

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the sound driver needs to

be updated. Still you could have the system restored

for fixing up the problem.
