Can't access to facebook

Hello, since last week i can't access to facebook. There's always a pop-up dialog box saying "Important Message from Facebook - Privacy Announcement". There's this option saying click to continue, but whenever i clicked that icon it always return on the same page. What will I do?

This issue should be a problem with your account itself

and I will recommend you to contact Facebook Support

to have more information about the matter.
