Hello,
I had a virus recently, and now every time that I start my computer, immediately an internet site pops up (Zango.com). Can someone please tell me how to turn it off?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.1

You still have the virus. Zango is a type of virus. Run more scans. I suggest ESET NOD32 antivirus, it has a free 30 day trial.

It says "Before installing ESET NOD32 Antivirus, you must uninstall your existing antivirus solution." It's very bad, because I have others that are good (ABG and Antimalware). Do I really have to?

No, you don't have to. But if your current anti-spyware/virus software isn't helping get rid of it, try to find something that doesn't require you to uninstall your existing software and scan with that.

A good anti-spyware program I know of that is free is Spybot Search and Destroy.
