Hell Actually I am totally new in LInux(ubunta),So I want the helps for finding the editors like Notepad,wordpad,Command prompt in Linux like Run command in which I get in WINDOWS XP?

Well the Ubuntu equivalent of Command Prompt is called Terminal. You can launch it by going to Applications>Accessories>Terminal. As for notepad, OpenOffice comes preinstalled but it isn't as lightweight. Try gedit like Franzux said.
