Kingston 4GB usb doesn't work.

Hello,
I'm Nawaz. My kingston 4gb usb stick doesn't work. When I insert it in usb port my computer doesn't even detect it. Where as other external memory devices are readily detected and become ready for access in my pc. I don't know what type of problem is with my usb. What should I do to resolve the issue?

Dear Nawaz,

Please connect it to another usb port to confirm from

where the problem is coming. It should normally be a

problem with the usb port.
