Hello,
Thats happens to me when i try to run or download programs my computer re-starts, and i have to wait for it to start. After that when i open Internet Explorer it shuts down again. WHY? WHY? WHY? Does it happen?

This could be coming from your motherboard, graphic card or

still the RAM sticks. Please confirm the matter.
