Pen drive problem

Hello,
when I plugin my hp4gb usb flash drive in the usb port and go to my computer ,instead of showing a folder named hp v155w,it shows removable media.when I try to open it or format it ,I receive a message that I should enter a disk in it and try again.hope,I could explain my problem to you.please help.

Dear Rupak,

Please uninstall the indicated driver and plug the pen drive

and see whether it is recognised properly.
