Turn on wireless capabilities with Function k [Solved]

Hello,
I cannot fiqure out what functions key combination turns on my Wireless Capabilities on my HP Laptop. I do not have a switch or botton to do this.
Any advice?

We touched the Media Smart Icon above the Keyboard and then touched the Internet icon to the right of that.By touching the Media Smart button it activated the Internet option.Hope this helps.

I didn't write the original message but have this problem also! The illuminated wireless 'button' on the top of my HP Pavilion dv3000 series Entertainment Notebook PC no longer works; it's off and I can't get it back on. Would appreciate any comments/advice.....

Try going to control panel. there should be a wireless network icon.
