Xp crash

Hello,
My xp professional has crashed. It will not let me go into safe mode or anything. It just keeps rebooting itself over and over. F8 doesn't work either. Whether I have the xp recovery disc in or not, it comes up "Cannot find log file restore.log" When I click OK it says "error 2: C:\minint\System32\Restore.log missing." Please help.

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi there,

have you tried to launch the setup and then using the repair console cant you try to repair the windows?

try this and if its still not good then rewrite here on the forum
