Icons lost in outlook

Hello,
My from icon has gone missing along with my size icon. I moved the from icon by mistake and couldn't get it back so I tried the same stupid move with the size icon in hopes of findint the from icon and now both are missing from my email .
any help ??

Type "Personalization" as a search. Look to the top left, under "Tasks" you should see "Change desktop icons." Click "Change desktop items." There you should see a list of your icons. Click to put a check by the ones that are missing.
Then click "OK."
This is for Vista......

Don't feel bad, I have accidently deleted my Recycle Bin several times.
