Hello,

I hope you can. My husband and I just moved our sign business and when we re-setup our computer and pro thermal printer, the sign program doesn't recognize the printer. We did have some issues with the program unrelated to this, so I upgraded the program and no longer had those issues. I should add though that before I upgraded the program, and after the "move" it was also not recognizing the printer with the old version program. This is the only setup issue left to work out. I don't know if its a virus thing that has messed up the parallel port and now missing drivers or what. Please say you have the answers. My husband, and therefore my sanity is at sake! This printer uses a ECP parallel port.
