Need Batch File

Hello,


I need a batch file to do the following, however I do not have the knowledge, can anyone help?
1. Batch file to run at the date and time set in the batch file.
2. Copy file from one local dir or dir on another local dir in PC.
3. Rename the file with the current date & time, keeping the extn (mdb)
