Hello,

I have purchased C-tel M258 from Big-C showroom  at tenali on 28/09/09. But I am very unhappy with this cell. I am using very smoothly. But the outer cover color was gone. The LCD display is very very brittle. while using Touch screen option it was broken in a corner.I approached the showroom. The showroom people service was also not good.They are telling there is no replacement even my cell with in warranty.

How to handle this issue and How to approach the C-TEl Cell manufacturers?

you will get the manufacurer contacts

on your manual booklet or at the back cover

you can use it and contact manufacturer directly

bit read the conditions also in the book

Please never ever anything buy in Big-C shops. the services is not at all good.
